Terms of service

Last updated: August 22, 2026

The short version: Aquimedhelps you prepare for a doctor's appointment. It is not medical advice, it never replaces your doctor, and it is not for emergencies. Questions: support@aquimed.chat.

What the service is

Aquimed (aquimed.chat) is an AI health chat that helps you sort out your symptoms, think through possible explanations, and pin questions and notes to bring to your doctor's appointment. By using it you accept these terms.

Not medical advice

Responses are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuited to your situation. They are preparation material, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no clinician-patient relationship is created by using the service. Always consult a licensed clinician about your health, and do not delay or disregard care because of something the service said.

Not for emergencies

If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately instead of using this service.

Your account and conduct

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, or bulk-extract its content.

Your content

You own what you put into the service. You give us the license needed to store, process, and display it in order to run the service, including processing your messages through third-party AI model providers to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train models. If you share a chat or notes, anyone with the link you share can view what you shared.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Where required by law we provide refunds; otherwise fees are non-refundable.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves; the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account and data at any time at privacy@aquimed.chat. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

When these terms change materially, we will update this page and note the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
